So the kids got their wish, ANOTHER SNOW day! Big question of the day, what to do with two rustlers all day long, after all they can only be civil to one another for 4-5 minutes at a time.
Howdy! |
So here’s the gear times two, it weighs about 8 pounds when dry, but when the snow people come trudging in, that same pile will weigh about 93 pounds. It’s just a law of nature.
My kids would much rather build a snow fort than a snow man. I asked them why and they both replied, “IDK,” for those of us who need an explanation, it means, “I don’t know.” So they built their snow fort and laid in it like it was their second home. (Idea?) Little did they suspect that snow would creep into their sleeves, boots, pants and socks. The snow fort has since been abandoned for lunch with Spongebob.
Of course when Dear Husband comes home and says, “Anyone up for a snowball fight?”….. “the pile”…freshly dried and folded will again be soaked, along with two kids screaming for hot chocolate and Spongebob.
