| This snow really sucks! |
Mr. Frog says, “I’m not happy about this weather!” Here in the Midwest we received whiskey barrels of rain, and a surprise snowstorm yesterday. Was I really at the garden center buying spring flowers over the weekend? Are all the flower beds raked and tidy ready for planting? Am I about to lose my freaking mind? You betcha!
I realize all in all, we are damned lucky here in the middle of the country. In the meantime, I am sending hope and positive thoughts to Japan. They need all the help they can get.
My little wranglers are looking forward to spring break. We are staying home, so we will be forced to live in the madness orbit, together, side by side, for about 10 days, yes, really.
The madness orbit is very similar to our planet Mercury within it’s orbit. We both have wild temperature variations. Mercury is dry, very hot and almost without air. The madness orbit is volatile, loud, filled with tween angst and leaves a Mom gasping for her breath.
Within a 10 day time period, we will expect to see and hear, flaring tempers, plenty of back-talk, boredom, joy, karate kicks, junk food overload and a Mommy out of her mind.

Yes, it should be a rip-roarin’ time. If the weather breaks, I can give the wranglers a shovel and a rake and put ’em to work in the back 40 acres, if not Mommies In Orbit will be gassing up the minivan and hitting the road, along with my buddies, Smart Border Collie and The Black Dog!! Happy Trails!
