Making New Year’s resolutions is just so exhausting, so I don’t make ’em. Would you consider that pure laziness or a definite sign of becoming a slacker?

“The only New Year’s resolution I ever made to myself, was to never ever make any to begin with!”

And with the wranglers nipping at my heels, I’m lucky to stay partially sane to date, without Xanax. I can’t promise that I won’t lose it when the solar flares erupt, I usually do, it’s just the way I’m wired.

These two fifth grader attitudes have become comparable to the behavior of a wild mountain lion, like the one they found roaming around in the Ozarks, right here in Missouri.

I can see many similarities between this wild cat and my offspring!

This common hissing and growling in the big cats, can be experienced first-hand right here at home when I mention just about anything to Channel Chick and/or Rocket Boy. It doesn’t take much to set them off, and extinguishing the fire is a big job!!

I found the perfect definition to describe the behavior of my kids, courtesy of  http://thesaurus.com:
Caterwaul: to make a screeching, crying noise, or to bawl, bicker, howl, quarrel, scream, and screech, squall, wail, yell and you! Had enough?

Isn’t Motherhood fantastic?
