What exactly is chaos? The answer, the last four days at home, with three out of four of us sick, that’s what chaos is! The theory, if one person sneezes at a rate of let’s say, the speed of light, then the entire family is out of commission. That’s been the reality here at Mommies In Orbit, two sick tweens, one down and out Mom and a heroic Dad who managed to take care of all of us!!
Not only did our family room resemble a hospital, but we were armed with enough medications, tissues, Germex and faithful Clorox wipes to eradicate the flu bug for a 100 people. I now not only worship the planet Jupiter, but also Tamiflu and the warm mist vaporizer!

Here’s hoping that this marks the end of the flu season for all, and life will soon resemble something normal once again, like say, a hot fudge sundae with nuts on top, and a cherry!
