Heck no! The time is slipping away faster than last year, what is it? Has the earth’s rotation changed? Is Mommies In Orbit just getting slower? Yes! Does that creepy Elf On The Shelf have something to do with my momentum this year? I don’t know what strange phenomenon has taken over, but I sure wish I could get my butt in gear and get it done.

| Is this why I’m not getting anything done?
There are cookies to bake, and gifts to be bought. The wranglers will be on Christmas Break soon and then all hell will break loose. But luck is on my side. They are heading up North after the festivities to see their Michigan family, and oh what a time Mommy will have at home.
The Black Dog and Smart Border Collie will enjoy having their own private quarters. The bickering will cease for four glorious days. There will be hot coffee to drink, movies to watch and shopping to be done. And at the end of the day, there will be silence. Ahhhhh!
