So the wranglers made it through their second day of school, in the same class! I didn’t hear any fire alarms, police cars, or howling banshees when I drove past the school. What I did hear when they came home, were two different stories, about nearly everything. Same teacher, same day, just different interpretations! It’s what they do best, they disagree!  So I’m going with the flow.

This is what I think they are acting like in class!

I can tell they have turned on their selective hearing, at home and at school. I’m still using radio waves to communicate with them, and if that doesn’t work, then I resort to yelling out various Mommy threats, usually something to do with NO TV, video games, or iPods.

Kid/parent communication!

I’ve already noticed that after only TWO, count ’em TWO days of school, the smart mouths are flowing like the Mississippi! Channel Chick is questioning everything we do or say, and Rocket Boy is acting more like a rabid animal than the tolerable kid he was over the summer. What’s up with that?

Teachers are just awesome!  Mommies In Orbit would not have the patience to deal with 23 wranglers everyday. They wouldn’t learn much math or reading if I were the teacher, nope, but they would increase their colorful vocabulary, and probably not to their parents’ liking!
