Yea, that’s right, I want to go back to school with the rest of the college kids. I mean on campus, with a dorm room and all that stuff. I know, I’m dreaming. Mommies In Orbit has kids to raise, 5th grade math to help out with (yea right) and piles of laundry to do.
But wait, just close your eyes and think about how fun it would be to do it over. No I don’t mean the studying, the exams, the countless papers to write, just heading out with the car packed with fresh linens, a computer, a microwave, t-shirts and sweats, and your best buddy!
I can still come home on weekends and visit with the wranglers, meanwhile, The Scientist can manage it all, I’m sure he can learn to multitask. The kids are old enough now to operate the microwave and they know when the bus comes in the morning, I bet they won’t even miss my constant bitching hovering!

And if they miss the bus, they can always get to school via their new jetpacks!
When I went to school, I didn’t have a PC or a laptop. OMG, really! This is what I owned to do my papers on, a glorified typewriter. And it wasn’t even during the Cretaceous Period, roar!
So if I had a paper due on April 1st, then I might want to start typing NOW! Those were the days! Tuition was cheaper and I did get a job when I graduated, but I still want a do-over!!
So I’ll tell them this weekend that I’m going away to college and I’ll let you know how it goes, wish me luck!
