I adore my dogs, heck I love my dogs to the moon and back. I love to watch dogs riding in cars, sitting straight up in the seat imitating their humans, or safely hanging their heads out the window, taking in all of the sights and smells. I find most dogs are quite comical. Nikki, my Border collie rescue is always in charge. She is my keeper, she decides when I get up in the morning, when I go to sleep and how many dog treats are dispensed during a 24 hour period. Nikki is also a counter-surfing champion, eight years in a row. She knows what she wants and she knows how to go about getting it, now! She’s smart and sassy and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Cody, my black lab rescue is totally the opposite. He is my canine boyfriend and my side-by-side companion. Never fails, he’s always there for me, sealed with a kiss. He’s a handsome boy and he knows it. Big brown eyes and that distinguished white muzzle to boot. He’s a looker.
I give my dogs the best of life I possibly can and what they give back to me is beyond words. WOOF!
