Your two recent blog posts on birds reminds me of a time one day when an owl decided to pay me a visit. He or she landed on my porch and took me by surprise. This was back in the day before digital cameras and wouldn’t you know it I had no film in my camera. The strange thing was it was in the middle of the day and I believe owls usually sleep during the day.
